Operating out of Cardiff, the company saw rapid growth from the outset due to the massive success of Michael and Tom’s invention, the Shot Glass Chess Set which has since been imitated many times over.It wasn’t until the Summer of 1999 when the company moved to London that Firebox.com was born. Growing from strength to strength by 2002 Firebox opened its first combined Head Office and Distribution Centre located in South London.
